EOR Compass is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

The shortlist form collects what you type: the countries you hire in, team size, your situation notes, your name and work email. It exists to build and send your vendor shortlist. Cookieless aggregate analytics record how pages are used, with no personal identifier.

Legal basis and sharing

With your consent, given on the form, we share your enquiry with relevant EOR vendors so they can contact you about your hiring plan. That consent line names exactly who receives it. We do not sell enquiry data to list brokers or share it with anyone the consent line does not cover.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.
